booking process
initial consult
Contact us! We will first set up an initial discovery meeting to go over all the specifics of your day and how you envision it.
PROPOSAL DELIVERY
After our meeting I will send you your custom proposal. This proposal includes final costs, deliverables, contract, and invoicing.
post booking
After you have reviewed your proposal, signed your contract, and placed your retainer, you will be officially booked! Once you are booked, we will send you our comprehensive Wedding Guide, which contains essential information on planning your wedding and engagement to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, the guide features our carefully curated list of creative partners if you require recommendations for booking other members of the wedding team.
creative fees
We serve a wide variety of clients and therefore create custom packages for each couple. Our custom collections always include collaborative timeline planning, wedding day photography by Holly and one of her second shooters, as well as an engagement session. Additional event coverage and final deliverables are available to suit the unique needs of your events.

Frequently asked questions
how far in advance should i book?
Simple answer: as soon as possible. I generally book 12-18 months in advance, but that can vary depending on the wedding date. Because I only take a set number of weddings per year, I'd suggest booking as soon as you are ready!
are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes! One of our values is to support inclusivity and diversity. We embrace cultural traditions, diverse clients, and create a welcoming environment for clients and guests of all backgrounds.
do you shoot film?
Not currently. I photographed using film for years and over time found that I can get the look that I envision and can capture the moments much more spontaneously in a digital platform.
do you work with a second shooter?
Yes, we have several second shooters that we work with often.
do you do videography?
We are a still photography company only. We do have videographers we can recommend to you. Once you book you will have access to our creative partners list!
what happens if holly gets sick or has an emergency before the wedding?
Having an emergency come up immediately before a wedding is a circumstance we have yet to encounter (knock on wood)—and an unpleasant thought for everyone involved. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, we will do our best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent caliber and style—we have a strong network to aid in such an unlikely circumstance. Alternatively, we would return your full investment and allow you to make your own arrangements if you so choose.
