The Wedding Day!
With all the planning we have done, the big day should run like clockwork!
There is often a long waiting period between booking and your wedding day. It could be months or even over a year. During this time I ask that you keep me posted on any major changes to your wedding plans. These might be timing or location related. If I don't hear from you I will contact you a few weeks to a month prior to your wedding just to confirm all the plans are the same and that we have any finalization info settled.
During our initial meeting we will discuss engagement photo sessions. If you choose to do one we'll set up a time and date and get you on the calendar for that! Engagement sessions last about 1.5 hours and are on a location of your choice.
1) Contact us! Email is usually fastest
2) Once you've seen our pricing we'll set up a time to talk over the phone/facetime or meet up in person. During this meeting we will create a timeline for your day, go over all your questions, and get an exact price and package for you.
3) Once you're ready to say "Yes!" you'll place your deposit and be officially booked. YAY!
Approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding day your images will be delivered to you!
Woo Hoo! Of course, you'll have seen a few on Social Media before then. Once your images are delivered you can begin choosing any images you'd like in your albums!

"I wish I had gone with Holly. We declined her services due to cost, we were about $500 apart on the price point and a friend recommended someone else who was cheaper. Well, cheaper was right. The photos of our wedding are nowhere in comparison to what we wanted. Moments were missed, the lighting was weird, and the photographer was super frazzled like they had never done this before. I truly wish I had spent the extra $500."
Everyday I wish I had chosen Holly as my wedding photographer. I look back at our wedding album and its absolute crap. We went with a larger company who had DJ’s, video, and photo in one package to make it less expensive. You can tell by looking at our photos.
"We went with a high end photographer we saw and loved on Instagram. The price was high but we thought the quality and experience would reflect that. Our mistake was that we never asked to see a full set of photos. We have a few great posed photos that look magazine quality but overall were a bit disappointed. Most of the photos were standard and over-edited and there weren’t many photos of guests or family. Holly photographed my friend's wedding just a few months after mine and I really wish we had known about her. She was much friendlier than my photographer and my friend’s gallery was, painfully, better than mine. I feel like we paid $5,000 for 3 pretty IG posts."

Riley and Stephen both worked in Detroit, so it holds a special place in their hearts. Naturally, they wanted to take their engagement photos there! We photographed at the Detroit Library, the Detroit Institute of Arts, Campus Martius, and all around the Downtown Detroit Streets!

Krista and Joe had a fabulous micro wedding at the Shinola Hotel in Detroit, MI. They got ready at Shinola, had their ceremony at St.Anne's in Detroit, and then took wedding photos all around Downtown Detroit, Shinola, the DIA, and ended with their ceremony at the Whitney. It was a whirlwind of a day!
